Say what you mean

At home I was in the process of making homemade salsa & realized we had less chips than I thought, so off to the store I go. While there I go ahead & get milk for the kids this week. When I get back in the truck I have a text asking if I have enough cash for a tilt, well knowing I don't & knowing there is 1 tilt in the fridge I head back home. I get here and he is drinking MY tilt! WTH?! Ok so I assumed that he wanted one, I had one for me in the fridge since I got him a 12 pack of beer, I was gonna be nice & share mine with him, but he is already drinking the damn thing, again WTH?!
No the text he sent was for me to get ME another one because he had already opened my tilt! It wouldn't piss me off so much except he drinks every damn weekend, & I mean will seach for any liquor or beer in the house, it doesn't matter to him if it was his or not, HE WILL DRINK IT! The only time he doesn't is if there is a physical for work.
I however rarely drink, and occasionally would like a tilt or a glass of wine, & I find it pretty damn crappy that if he doesn't get his beer every weekend he will drink all my wine.

Yeah I was mad, still am upset, yes it caused a fight & ruined what could of been a decent weekend.

So again, please say what you mean when you text me.

The last few days...

Ok so there's been a lot going on & nothing at the same time...

I've been working with Brandon to get him ready for school.

Our newest dog, who was a stray, had 4 puppies today... We had to rush her to the vet today because the last puppy got stuck in the birth canal. Puppy didn't make it, and the vet tried to save her. Momma & other 3 puppies are home and doing well.

I, like so many others, was horrified to hear the verdict in the Casey Anthony trial... I am still trying to figure out how a mother who didn't report her child missing for a month didn't at least get charged with child neglect/abuse.

Phones sucks!

Ok... so reading fb posts @ 12:30 AM and reading a post that your cousin has been hit by lightning makes you not want to go to sleep... Finally closed my eyes @ 4AM and was back up @ 5:30.... Well found out today around 10 that she wasn't actually hit by lightning, it hit the tree she was next to, and the force of the blow knocked her to the ground & she is scratched up & doesn't remember any of it, but other than that she seems to be fine...

Another point I would like to make, & she may not find it funny/ironic right now, but yesterday was the 4th of July! 

Serrated edges

So I'm trying to fix my lunch & I'm covering my bowl with Saran wrap and cut my thumb with the serrated edge of the box... ugh!

Today...

So today wasn't all that bad... My daughter Dana, 17, drove me & Ms. Lee around so we could run our errands. Then we went out to lunch, mexican, Dana's treat... wow that was pretty cool!
After spending a little over my budget for groceries, we finally headed home & unloaded the entire back seat of the truck ... not to bad that we bought $60.00 of meat for $34.00 (35lbs.) & we spent $114.00 at Walmart on about $150.00... still under $200.00 for two weeks worth of food & that amount included 5 gallons of oil for my diesel truck & 50lbs. of dog food for our 4 dogs. So since we left at 9 am & didn't return home til after 3... I got to take a break & rest when we got home.
While we were gone this morning & afternoon, 4 loads of clothes were washed, kitchen was cleaned & bed was made ... what a lovely thing to come home too!
